With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I have dedicated my career to mastering the complexities of schedule development, delay analysis, and dispute resolution. My journey has taken me from the high-pressure environment of dam construction in China to the intricate logistics of the Panama Canal expansion.
I established STAC LLC to provide owners, contractors, and legal teams with the high-level expertise typically reserved for multinational firms, but with the agility and personal attention of a specialized consultancy.
My philosophy is simple: Data drives decisions. Whether defending a multi-million dollar claim or planning a nuclear facility, I believe in rigorous forensic analysis and transparent communication to mitigate risk and ensure project delivery.
